The preppy outfits from the 2000s and shows like Gossip Girl keep inspiring me. I love how a preppy look makes one look feminine and smart, but with youth. I feel really fun and pretty when I wear a preppy outfit like this.

I combined a neutral blazer with my new checkered skirt from Superdry. I love tennis skirts, because they are iconic and classic. This one from Superdry has amazing quality and the fabric is thick and soft. I love how the main colours of the skirt are in neutral grey, with the pop of pink. I love this soft pink color in my wardrobe as a neutral too. This is the first Superdry item that I have bought, and I must say I am impressed. I took my normal size for those wondering.

To add a little more femininity to this outfit, I put on a wrap top with a deep v-neck. This is very flattering and the bow adds that needed touch of femininity. I matched my handbag and leather boots to my top. They are all in cream white.

I am wearing my beloved YSL bag. The Saint Laurent Sac de jour in the nano edition. The color is called vintage white.

This outfit is very inspired by Serena van der Woodsen from Gossip Girl. This preppy outfit is not too neat and more effortless than some of Blair looks for example. This outfit is preppy, but more laidback. The checks on the skirt and the fit of the blazer make it look that way.
