Pretty in Pink. Pink is the color of Wednesdays (hello Mean Girls) and Blondies (our favorite Legally Blonde). Pink is ultra feminine and cute, a diluted red. Pink is associated with love and romance and gives the wearer that romantic aura.
I love to wear pink because it makes me feel sophisticated, feminine and bubbly at the same time. Within my seasonal color palette of Classic Winter many pink hues flatter me, but within every seasonal palette is a pink shade made for you! For my warmer toned ladies corals, peach, rosewood and salmon shades are extremely flattering pinks.
The pink dress that I chose to wear for this outfit inspiration comes from one of my most beloved brands: Diva Catwalk. Diva Catwalk makes the most gorgeous high quality pencil dresses. These dresses come in every color imaginable and their classic silhouette became a staple in my wardrobe quickly. I already have 13 dresses of this brand that I only discovered last year. Safe to say: I am a huge fan!
The specific model that I am wearing is the Banbury in Fuchsia pink. I am wearing a size small to reference. These dresses make me feel like a classic Hollywood star. The 50s inspired classic pencil fit really flatters the female body.
