Find the RIGHT color palette for you!

Color your life.

One of the things that brings me joy on a daily basis is wearing the right clothes. The right clothes make me feel happy due to flattering me with the shape, fit and color. In addition to this, the right clothes also need to be right for the occasion. Generally I definitely believe in rather overdressing than underdressing for the occasion, so even for a relaxing day at home I will wear a comfortable stretch dress or sophisticated trousers. For example, a sluggish pyjama outfit or gym wear tend to put a person in a mood that corresponds with the particular outfit. For me personally, this means that I will feel less motivated, less feminine and less beautiful in a too casual outfit. In contrast, I will radiate, glow and be super productive when I go through my whole daily routine including looking presentable in an outfit that makes me happy.

What brings me to my next point: color is so important. The right color palette varies for every person. The seasonal color palettes helped me tremendously in finding what colors flatter me best and what not to wear. So, I am a Classic Winter due to my dark brown hair, cool brown eyes and olive complexion with high contrast between my features. Bold and cool colors look best on me, as well as icy tints. Luckily, I truly love to wear reds, cobalt blue, magenta, emerald and white. Funnily enough I always thought as a young girl that I was an Autumn type, and I never understood why warm colors, like brown and mustard yellow, never really looked good on me. Truth is, I am clearly a Winter and Autumn colors are actually the worst on me. Hence, why warm colors look dull and misplaced on me. Finding the right color palette was a life changing process for me and is still helping me every day to become the woman I always envisioned myself to become. So, some advice to you from me, investigate in color theory and find your charming palette. This small change will do wonders for your wardrobe and image. Ultimately, it will change your life, like the butterfly effect.
